• 1 medium kohlrabi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium turnip, sliced
  • 2-3 summer squash, sliced
  • 1 large or 2-3 small onions
  • 1/2 lb of green beans, ends trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 lb sausage
  • Chopped fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, or thyme)
  • 3 T olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cut sausage links into chunks, toss with veggies, oil, salt and pepper. Spread onto baking sheet and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Turn veggies once halfway through.
